The Partners
Lincolnshire Surveys partnership was formed in 2007 John Rowan and Mike Starsmore after identifying a need for accurate Land and Measured Building Surveys for Architects, Technologists, Quantity Surveyors, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Other Consultants and Private Individuals.

John Rowan ABEng

John runs a successful Architectural Practice which was established in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds at Tealby, Market Rasen in 1978.

Although the mainstay of the practice is the design and specification for alterations and refurbishment of houses, many being listed, John is also involved with Offices, Shops, Commercial premises and specialises in Cold Storage.

John is also involved as a Surveyor for the English House Survey, a survey carried out on behalf of the Governments Communities and Local Government Department.

Michael Starsmore MCIAT

Mike also runs a successful Architectural Practice Starsmore Design Limited from Grimoldby, Louth which was established in 1987.

The practice specialises in the design, specification and project management for new and refurbished food factories. The practice also provides architectural services to a wide range of commercial and residential clients.

Mike is the Chairman and National Councillor for the East Midlands Region of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

Over the years they have worked on many large developments including Racecourse & Football Stadia, Hospitals, Sports Buildings, Factories and Warehouses. Their expertise in understanding the construction of all types of buildings and the importance of site topography provides a precise understanding of the information required for a successful development regardless of size.
